Let's get down to business

An EOR acts as the legal employer of your new global hire. After your business signs a binding Master Services Agreement with an EOR, they will oversee and manage various aspects of your new hire's employment - from employment contract generation to onboarding and payroll, and finally offboarding. A PEO, on the other hand, acts as a co-employer. This means that the PEO and business share the responsibilities and liabilities of employing new employees and other aspects of employment.

The ability to mitigate risk when hiring globally is one of the biggest benefits of partnering with an EOR. Most HR managers are unfamiliar with foreign employment laws and regulations, and failure to comply can result in hefty fines, penalties, and even reputational damage.
